Returns

The customer has a right to change or return ordered products during 14 days of receiving the order. The customer has a right to change or return all or part of the products in the order. The changed and returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. If you wish to change or return products, please contact us first for the instructions. Please attach your name, contact details and your bank account number for receiving the refund.

Cancelling an order and defect liability

The customer has right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be done in written by an e-mail to gad.leinson@gl-koru.fi

GL Koru Oy applies a 14-day right of return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, which starts from the moment you receive your order.

​

In order for you as a consumer to apply the 14-day right of return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as on arrival and well packed when returned.

In case of a return or change, the goods must be shipped without delay and no later than 14 days after the return notification has been given. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have left to our return address within the time limit, for example with a return receipt.

The returner must pay the shipping costs for the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner GL Koru Oy is not responsible for lost returns.

When returning the order include your name and contact information. The return item can be shipped in a padded envelope. The refund will be made through the payment method used for the order.

GL Koru Oy is not responsible for lost returns or returns damaged in transit.
